Initial Team Assessment

The output of the initial team assessment, conducted online, is a comprehensive, anonymised report, which supports your team in understanding how they scored on the assessment and how to interpret their results around each behaviour. The profile includes an introduction, a section devoted to each of the five behaviours, a summary of your team's strengths and challenges, tips and suggestion and a roadmap to help teams create an action plan based on their results. We can lead or support in the facilitation of team development and incorporate our experiential activities to embed the learning and support behavioural change.

Team Progress Report

After a programme of facilitation the team can undertake a progress report, to track and measure progress. This provides another detailed report and an insight into the progress the team has made since the last assessment. These include similar questions to the initial assessment, plus additional questions to pinpoint where progress has been made and where it may still be needed. This provides just one method of measurement, and results may be affected if there is a change in team members. Team composition can be amended by removing and adding people as required, although new team members will need a period of time to embed into the team to be able to answer the questions effectively.

Comparison Reports

A cohesive team need to master the Five Behaviours and have a meaningful understanding of themselves and others. One on one relationships can have a big impact on the team and where work needs to be conducted to develop effective relationships, the one on one comparison reports can support this. A report can be generated automatically from the questions already answered.
